opens the body, settles the nervous system, primes everything after it.
the well stack · heat · core · strength · flow · recovery
your body already knows what your week should be.
we read your biomarkers and turn them into a week. five layers, one membership. this is the well stack.
flagship opening 2027 · founding membership now open
the problem
nobody is missing information. everyone is missing a week.
You already know you should lift. You know you should stretch, sleep better, move more. You have an app that tracks it and a watch that scores it and four different memberships that each own one slot. What you do not have is anyone who will look at the whole thing and tell you what Tuesday should be.
the system
five layers. one methodology.
stability, control, alignment. the deep stabilisers that make load safe.
progressive load. the layer most people skip and most people need.
breath and movement woven across the stack. only taught here.
where the work consolidates. the reason monday is possible.
heat primes core. core stabilises strength. strength earns flow. flow settles into recovery. that compounding is the product.
and one more day that is not a layer at all. rest. prescribed, unbookable, free.the read
we start with what your body is actually asking for.
Before your first class, you get a read: over a hundred biomarkers across fifteen systems, drawn at a lab near you or at home, reviewed by clinicians. It tells us where your body is under-recovered, under-loaded, or under-fuelled. Then we build your week around the answer.
The read comes from Hundred Health, our launch partner in longevity diagnostics. Their clinicians own the medical picture. We own what happens in the room.
every other studio guesses what you need. we ask your body.the read is a diagnostic service provided by hundred health and is not a service of the well stack. the well stack does not diagnose, treat, or interpret laboratory results. your stack is a movement schedule, not medical advice.
how it runs
a hundred days, then you find out.
- day 00 · the read.
blood drawn. fifteen systems. clinicians review.
- day 01 · your stack.
your week, built from the read. which layers, which days, and why each one is there.
- days 01–100 · the season.
you practise. your ledger fills. your host adjusts the stack when life moves.
- day 100 · the return.
you test again. you sit down with your host and read what changed. then the next season is built.
your stack
this is what a week looks like.
want yours built from your actual biomarkers.
founding members get their first read included. we open the list before the flagship opens the doors.
how we track it
no points. no badges. no streak to break.
Your ledger is a hundred squares, one for each day of the season. It fills as you practise. When you miss a week, nothing resets and nobody sends you a guilt notification. We call that drift, we name it out loud at your monthly check-in, and your host rebuilds the week around the life you actually have.
a streak counter punishes you for having a life. we would rather keep you for a decade.
the birdsong
someone folds you a bird.
A birdsong is a voice note, thirty seconds or less, sent by one member to another with nothing expected back. It arrives with a small paper bird, folded by the person who sent it, in the colour of one of the five layers. Your host puts it on your mat before the doors open, so it is already there when you walk in.
Every class opens the same way, by saying out loud that birdsongs were sent this week. Never by naming who got one. You take the bird home. Most people keep them.
you never fold a bird for yourself.folding is taught in your first month. nobody has to send one.

what it is like
the room is held before you arrive.

the collective pathway
you do not stay because of the classes.
Every person on our floor is a host, trained through a curriculum called hearth, and the job is holding the room rather than counting reps. You get a thirty-minute check-in every month. You get a voice note some weeks from someone who noticed something, with nothing expected back. Over time you stop being a customer and start being part of the house.
no tier is bought. each one is given, by a person, who knows your name.
membership
one membership. all five layers.
01
the stack.

[price]no class packs. no contracts you have to phone someone to leave. cancel in the app.
questions
plain answers, before you ask.
do i need the read to join.
No. You can join and practise without a read; your stack gets built from a short conversation with your host instead. The read makes it sharper, not possible.
who sees my results.
Your clinicians at Hundred see your results. The Well Stack receives only a category of emphasis and any flags that affect what is safe for you in a heated room. We never receive your raw panel, and we never want to.
is this medical advice.
No. Your stack is a movement schedule. The medical picture belongs to Hundred's clinicians and to your own doctor.
what if i can only come twice a week.
Then your stack is two days. The system scales down honestly. Two layers held for a year beats five layers abandoned in March.
i have never done heated mat work.
Most people starting have not. Every layer runs at every level, and your first month is designed to move you through all five so you find out what you actually respond to.
what happens if i fall off.
You drift, which is the word we use, and nothing punishes you for it. Your host rebuilds the week.
can i freeze my membership.
Yes.
when does the flagship open.
2027. Founding membership is open now, and founding members are involved in choices the rest of the world will just receive.
before the doors open
we are building the first one now.
Founding members get their first read included, their price held for life, and a hand in the decisions that are still open. Seventeen years of this work went into the system. The first hundred people get to help us finish it.
